Hourly Renters
Windowless room:
$40/hour
Semi-windowed room:
$45/hour
Windowed rooms:
$50/hour
Minimum usage:
$300/mo with 6 mo commitment or $150/mo with 1 yr commitment
(We prioritize folks who show up regularly and contribute to the community!)
Residents
Residents have access to a chosen room one whole day per week.
(For example, the room is “yours” every Monday.)

Partners
Partners take a room and make it their own, with 24/7 access.
