Meet the Practitioners
Emma Sulkowicz
Acupuncturist & Activist
Chaotic Good Healer
Den Mother
-
Most acupuncture bios don’t start with stories about activism — but most acupuncturists aren’t like Emma.
Before founding Little Fox, Emma spent years advocating for survivors of campus sexual assault through performance art, including her own piece Mattress Performance (Carry That Weight). That passion for trauma-informed care naturally led her to Chinese Medicine, which she sees as another way to empower people to take their healing into their own hands.
Emma has more than checked all the boxes of becoming a licensed acupuncturist: a masters in Traditional Chinese medicine, graduating at top of her class from Pacific College of Health and Science, externships at both Columbia University and OnPoint NYC. But the real proof is in her patients. Emma has helped clients reclaim movement in frozen necks, used physical healing as a conduit for emotional breakthroughs, and has probably flipped more breech babies than she’s actually held in her own arms. It’s these little wins that matter most to Emma, and why she is so proud to have built a space where this kind of care can happen every day.
When Emma is not nerding out over her favorite acupuncture points (toss up between Gallbladder 21 and Stomach 4, IYKYK), you can find her cooking, playing Baldur’s Gate 3, and continuing to transform Little Fox into a cozy den you’ll never want to leave.
Michelle Garrow
Reiki Master
Third Eye Opener
Animal Whisperer
-
Do angels walk amongst us? We don’t know, we’re busy building a wellness practice. But if they did, they’d probably act a lot like Michelle.
Before Little Fox, Michelle spent four years running the wellness and holistic services program at OnPoint NYC, the country’s first overdose prevention center. It was there she gracefully and gently supported hundreds of people in addiction and housing crisis, finding ways to connect and listen, no matter how turbulent the situation.
Now, Michelle is bringing her calming presence to Little Fox as our Reiki Master, Acu Detox Specialist, and Meridian Yoga Therapy practitioner. Michelle continues to help people gain clarity and calm through energetic healing. Her work blends care, curiosity, and a deep commitment to her own self-practice, because she knows her energy has to be right before it can flow to anyone else. Every session is part intuition and part heart, leaving clients feeling lighter and a little more like themselves.
When she’s not working her magic at Little Fox, Michelle can be found doting on her pet hamster, breaking in a new deck of tarot cards, or experimenting with the latest healing modality she’s found. She’s excited to meet you and help you find your chill.
Luna Jagdeo
Massage Therapist
Bodywork MVP
Certified Jokester
-
Luna's touch is so strong, it should count as two senses.
Part of it comes from her being a lifelong athlete, where she learned firsthand that muscles can be dramatic if you don’t let them recover. Part of it comes from the Swedish Institute, where she trained extensively before becoming a licensed massage therapist. And part of it is also you — the way your muscles hint at tightness, your skin shows temperature, and those little aches tell their stories. Combine all of that together, and Luna can read your body like an open book.
What clients love about Luna though? Her spirituality. She lets her intuition guide her sessions, so she can track down the exact spots that need deeper attention. Sessions with Luna aren’t a race, they’re a thorough excavation of tension. Her touch is deliberate, strong, and slow, and the payoff shows in small victories like standing an inch taller or breathing an inch deeper.
When she’s not untangling knots at Little Fox, Luna is either coaching volleyball or enjoying a good ol’ yap session with Emma. She’s equal parts badass and sweetheart, and she’s ready to help your body quit throwing tantrums.
Walker Stole
Leader & Coach
Retired Sock Model
Fluent in Corporate
-
Walker isn’t the coach who took a weekend course and suddenly decided he can fix you.
Before Little Fox, he spent more than a decade building an impressive career inside high-growth, mission-driven companies. One of those was Bombas, where he was one of the earliest multi-disciplinary employees helping scale the teams and systems behind a $350M+ business. Now he brings that real-world experience to entrepreneurs, founders, sales professionals, artists, creatives, and small business owners who want to level up.
While some coaches lean on LinkedIn presence, Walker’s approach is rooted in care, integrity, and a steadfast belief that we are all creative beings capable of greatness. He’s not here to dictate every corner of your life — and you should be wary of any coach who is — but he is here to be a thoughtful partner so you’re never navigating big decisions alone. This could mean going after a promotion, moving through a life transition, or simply wanting a close relationship with your mom (which Walker is very proud to have, thank you very much).
When he’s not traveling the corporate landscape, you can find Walker exploring the mountains of his home state, Montana, or schvitzing in a NYC sauna like a man twice his age. He’s excited to hear your story and help you build what’s next.
