Meet the Practitioners

Emma Sulkowicz

Acupuncture, Facial Rejuvenation, Herbal Medicine

  • Emma is the founder of Little Fox and a licensed acupuncturist with a background in activism, performance art, and trauma-informed care. Known for her groundbreaking piece Mattress Performance (Carry That Weight) and her role in the movement to end campus sexual assault, Emma spent years advocating for survivors before channeling that same passion into hands-on healing work.

She holds a Master’s of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science, where she graduated at the top of her class. Her clinical training includes externships at Columbia University and OnPoint NYC, where she continues to volunteer, supporting harm reduction and holistic addiction recovery.

Emma’s treatments are rooted in curiosity, softness, and nervous system attunement. She has a special interest in emotional health, chronic pain, and fertility, and she believes healing should be both precise and deeply personal.

Michelle Garrow

Reiki, Meridian Yoga Therapy, Ear Acupuncture (Acu Detox)

  • Michelle is a Reiki Master, Acu Detox Specialist, and Meridian Yoga Therapy practitioner who brings deep spiritual care and trauma-informed presence to her healing work. With over four years of experience at OnPoint NYC — the country’s first overdose prevention center — Michelle has supported hundreds of people through profound physical and emotional pain. Her calm, grounded energy creates a safe space for clients to reconnect to themselves and release what’s no longer serving them.

In her private practice, Michelle offers Reiki and Meridian Yoga Therapy sessions, with optional add-ons like cupping and ear seeds. She also teaches Reiki Level 1 trainings and loves sharing healing tools that people can take home and make their own. Whether you’re seeking clarity, calm, or energetic reset, Michelle meets you exactly where you are.

Luna Jagdeo

Massage Therapy

  • Luna is a New York native, licensed massage therapist, and longtime athlete with a gift for reading the body. Trained at the Swedish Institute and currently coaching volleyball on the side, she brings both strength and sensitivity to every session. Her touch is slow, thoughtful, and responsive — she can go deep or stay gentle, depending on what your body needs that day.

Luna has worked at the Holistic Home Co. in Brooklyn and is known for her grounded presence, smart hands, and warm, no-nonsense approach to care. Clients often describe her work as intuitive, effective, and unexpectedly emotional — the kind of massage that stays with you.

    She’s a badass. And a total sweetheart.
