She’s also deeply intuitive, so she’ll surrender to the energy in your body and find the exact spots that need attention.Every session is different because, spoiler, everybody is a little different. But Luna knows how to meet yours where it’s at.

  • Take it easy. Your body just got some serious TLC, and intense exercise right afterward can undo the magic (and leave you sore). Light movement like walking or gentle stretching is fine, but save the heavy lifting, HIIT, or spin class for later.

Luna is a New York native, licensed massage therapist, and longtime athlete with a gift for reading the body. Trained at the Swedish Institute and currently coaching volleyball on the side, she brings both strength and sensitivity to every session. Her touch is slow, thoughtful, and responsive — she can go deep or stay gentle, depending on what your body needs that day.
