Reiki: Spiritual Healing & Energy Work

REIKI HELPS WITH

  • When your mind is racing and your body’s in fight-or-flight, Reiki helps you return to stillness. It gently shifts the nervous system into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest), allowing your body to release stress and tension without needing to talk through it all. Clients often describe a feeling of deep calm, clarity, and lightness after just one session.

  • Whether you’re struggling with falling asleep or waking up anxious in the middle of the night, Reiki can help your body remember how to rest. By calming the mind and regulating the nervous system, Reiki promotes deeper, more restorative sleep—without medication or side effects. Many people report sleeping more soundly after sessions, sometimes for the first time in weeks.

  • Stress and emotional overwhelm often show up in the gut—constipation, bloating, IBS, or just that constant tightness in your belly. Reiki activates your parasympathetic nervous system (aka your “rest and digest” mode), helping the body process food and emotions more smoothly. It’s a gentle way to support both digestive health and gut-brain harmony.

  • Trauma isn’t just a story in your head—it’s something your body carries. Reiki offers a gentle, non-verbal way to support trauma recovery, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. You don’t need to explain or relive what happened. The body knows how to heal when it feels safe, supported, and seen.

  • If you’re feeling disconnected—from yourself, your purpose, or something larger—Reiki can help you re-root. Many clients describe feeling more attuned to their inner voice, more open-hearted, or more connected to the rhythms of life. There’s no doctrine here—just energy, breath, and the space to reconnect with what matters.

  • You’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table while the practitioner places their hands gently on or just above your body. Each session is unique, but you might feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep relaxation. Some people drift into a meditative state or even fall asleep. It’s okay if you don’t “feel” anything—your body is still receiving what it needs.
